To celebrate THREE years of Line Dancing in the Derwent Valley, the Freedom Bootscooters invite you to join us for The Valley Hoedown 2026 - and trust us, this is one night you do not want to miss!
On Saturday 23rd May, the Memorial Hall in New Norfolk will come alive with music, laughter, boots on the dance floor, and that unbeatable Freedom community vibe. Doors open at 6pm, and from 6:30pm, our Bootscooters team will lead a mix of fun, easy-to-follow line dances and classic barn dances set to country favourites, pop, and rock hits - there’ll be something for everyone. For our seasoned dancers, we’ll also include some high-beginner and intermediate dances to keep the floor buzzing.
Whether you’re a regular line dancer or just keen for a fantastic night out, this is a celebration of fun, laughter, and community.
We’re excited to be joined by Sam Ferraro, who will perform live throughout the evening.
Dress in your BEST Hoedown outfit (yes - there are prizes!), gather your crew, bring some nibbles for your table, and get ready for an unforgettable night. Drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
