A free monthly room for Visionaries and Integrators running on EOS in the Twin Cities.
Once a month, a small group of Visionaries and Integrators meet in my session room for ninety minutes.
I’ll do a deep dive on one EOS tool to further your knowledge, then we’ll build an issues list of real issues you’re facing, and IDS them in real time.
Here's what makes this room different. I'm not a consultant who read a book. I founded three companies, scaled one from zero to 100 people, and ran my own businesses on EOS for ten years before I ever implemented it for anyone else. Before that I led Marines in combat. So this is me at the table with people who speak the language, not a presentation from the front of the room.
What to expect:
- Coffee and connection starting at 7:45
- A 20-minute deep dive on one EOS tool you can use the same week
- A live IDS on a real issue from someone in the room
- Time to connect with other Visionaries and Integrators who get it
No pitch. No slides selling you anything. Just real work with people running the same system.
Bring someone. If there's a Visionary or Integrator you know who'd get something out of it, they're welcome next to you. You can register two seats in one order.
