The UnStuck Conference: Transforming Foster Care in SoCal

TOGETHER we can disrupt the crisis in SoCal’s foster care system. "More Than Enough" is possible and it is made up of people like you who are determined to assemble the foster care puzzle where we live. Jason Weber has helped communities all over the United States build towards more than enough help for families before, during, and after foster care. Let’s get unstuck and be United in a vision for MORE THAN ENOUGH.

The UnStuck Conference will have a very intentional outcome–to provide onramps to engage hunderds of volunteers to action. In July, The SEND Conference is coming to SoCal to host 7000 people who will be inspired to engage in a personal mission for impacting the World for good. We expect 700-1200 to choose foster care as thier mission field. Are we ready for that many volunteers?

Since we all work in the same space, if we don't intentionally gather to collaborate we will unintentionally compete. There is plenty of families in need so lets break up the silos and make an easy path for hope, help and healing.

What we will accomplish together?

• Shared Vision & Strategy of Hope: Re-capture the clarity you once had about what you want to see happen for children and families in your community.
• Linking Best Practices Between Organizations: Jason Weber will introduce you to the principles, practices, and people that are helping other communities around the country get un-stuck.
• Practical Tools & Resources: Leave with tools and fuel to help your community fill the gaps that will make the biggest difference for children and families in foster care.

Current stats for foster youth are trending in the wrong direction. Together we can change this by equipping and mobilizing volunteers to provide a relational solution. A healthier ecosystem will provide healthier families.
