During this in-person event, you will be guided through a series of trauma-informed rituals and breathing exercises designed to support the release of chronic stresses and unprocessed highly charged events and traumas stored in the body to promote the natural flow of energy throughout the Body-Mind system.
Through journeying into non-ordinary states of consciousness using the breath we gain access to parts and processes, of and within ourselves, which influence the way we think, act and live our lives. In this deeply embodied, aware, and safe space we have the opportunity to begin the work of feeling our true, core self behind these conditionings and from which we can start to authentically operate from.
I bring a down-to-earth, accessible, and authentic journey from the depths of my heart, ready to hold, serve and be with you throughout the entire experience. All facilitators are trained, trauma-informed breathwork certified facilitators with extensive training in the field of non-ordinary breathwork states.
