Across cultures and disciplines, the ripple appears again and again.Physics tells us that massive cosmic events create ripples in the fabric of spacetime — gravitational waves traveling across the universe.
Poetry reminds us, as Rumi wrote, “You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean in a drop.”
Spiritual traditions teach that a single moment of inner stillness can influence the outer world — like a pebble touching water.
Through layered sound and collaborative art, we explore how the smallest movement — a breath, a thought, a brushstroke — carries impact beyond what we can see.
We’ll begin seated, guided through breath and gentle kriya to settle the body and focus the mind. From there, you’ll be invited to move to a shared canvas, creating as the soundscape unfolds — adding waves, ripples, words, or symbols while immersed in drum, gong, and resonant tones. The creative process becomes part of the meditation, a living dialogue between sound, body, and expression.
The experience closes with a deeply restful, gong-supported savasana, allowing the body to integrate and receive.
As the Dalai Lama reflects, even a single pebble can create far-reaching waves.
Every action. Every vibration matters.
We are not separate from the field.
We are shaping it.
The waves we make are the waves we receive.
