**THE 2022 USOLE 4 MILE CLASSIC**The Universal Sole Four Mile classic is back (May 19th, 2022)! Chicago's only four mile race will have a familiar look for 2022. We are headed back to our original location, Montrose Harbor! That's right, we are bringing this USOLE staple race back to the city and we couldn't be more excited. We invite you all to join us as we kick off the summer season of racing!
Race Beneficiary: Chicago Run -- Chicago Run is a nonprofit organization that provides young people from Pre-K through high school with inclusive running and physical activity programs. They empower young people with equitable access to physical activity and use running as a catalyst to transform lives. Through the power of sport, they build resilience to stress and trauma and develop social and emotional skills. Programming is primarily focused in under-resourced communities with limited access to physical activity and play.
Race Details:
-An exclusive USOLE Four Mile Classic Race premium is just getting finalized and we will let you all know very soon. Stay tuned!
-USOLE Four Mile Classic Pricing:
**Just $35.00 until February 14th (Price increase on Feb 15th)**
-No exchanges or refunds
-We will have race morning registration unless race sells out
-Race course will be a 4 mile flat & fast loop course on Chicago's beautiful lakefront path (see course map on this page). Race start and finish will be at Montrose Harbor.
-Race will begin promptly @ 7:00pm!
-On-site check-in/registration will begin @ 5:00pm and close promptly @ 6:30pm.
-Weather Issues: In the case of inclement weather, the only time we will delay a race or consider any action is in the presence of lightning. All other weather (rain, snow, tons of snow, tons of rain, etc) we will run the race.
-Magnesia Spring Water at the Start/finish area! In addition, there will be (1) aid stations on course (at the 2 mile turnaround).
-Granola Bars, Bananas will be provided along with other goodies from our sponsors (in vendor area).
Race day gear check will be at the Universal Sole Tents
Parking Info: Plenty of Parking @ Montrose Harbor
Montrose can be accessed by the CTA Bus Line and also DIVVY Bikes (DIVVY Bike station at the start line).

**Packet Pick-up & Race Day Registration:
*We will be having a packet pickup with our retail partners:
May 17th- Bitter Pops Bottle Shop - 3pm - 9pm
May 18th - Heart Break Hill Running Company - 1pm - 7pm
*Packet pick-up & race morning registration will also be available on race morning starting @ 7:45am from the USOLE Tents.
**Post Race - Brews & Fun!
A post race part for the ages will follow the USOLE Four Mile Classic at a location that is TBD. We will have a post race bash to toast our return to Chicago and celebrate post USOLE Four Mile Classic. Venue is TBD and will be announced shortly.

*Strollers & Dogs: Strollers and leashed dogs are happily allowed, we ask that you start in the back of the start line corral.
*Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges for this event. Discount codes can't be used on race day registration (best to sign up pre-event on-line here)!
