Find out about sound healing! You'll learn about toning exercises and the equipment to use. We’ll cover healing techniques using the chakra tones and colors. You’ll also get to experience laughter yoga and its incredible healing qualities.
Then you'll experience a full toning healing session featuring crystal singing bowls and a triangle and chimes. This symphony of sound will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
