The Unfolding: A Somatic Sound Journey

In this two hour somatic sound journey, we begin with a grounding sound meditation to begin one's inner dissolving. In the state of presence, Lex will guide you through the gentle art of Trauma/Stress Release Exercises (TRE) to activate your natural shaking mechanism while Monika integrates. the sound of the gong to support your body's tremors.

To anchor this body practice, Monika will create healing sound frequencies through quartz crystal singing bowls, elemental chimes and bells, illuminating the spaciousness within. As you move through the harmonic blend of somatic + sound, Lex will send Reiki energy to nourish and root your inner unfolding.
Each Somatic Sound Journey we bring forth a theme to anchor into. Through this journey we will honor the Spring Equinox. While we begin to witness nature blossoming into its renewal phase, we can be inspired to turn inward and cultivate energy for our own renewal, an inner spring. This is a celebration of our rebirth as we release what is stagnant so we can create and nurture a spacious inner landscape for hope and renewal to take form.
