The Undoing - A Workshop for Overwhelm
This 90 minute workshop aims to help you relax your nervous system, ease muscle tension and work with the meridians and chakras of the body which aid healing. The session is designed to help you press reset and begin to facilitate your own healing.
Restorative sessions can be very challenging for people with very active minds and people who are neurodivergent - consideration is given to this and you will be given the option to either zone out or follow a guided visualisation. If you prefer to listen to your own music/visualisation for the final section, a 20 minute group energy healing you are welcome to bring your own headphones.
You can expect:
* An opening gentle floor based flow
* A yin yoga sequence
* Grounding and relaxing energy healing
Perfect for:
* People who can move around a mat and be supported on the floor in yin postures
* No experience necessary
About Ella:
Ella is a very experienced holistic therapist, energy healer and yoga teacher who has a specialism in accessibility. All her sessions are designed with adhd/autism, mental health and different bodies in mind.
