The Unbinding: Jar Ritual, Sound Healing, and Reiki

Unbinding is not a manifestation ritual.

It’s not about calling anything in or becoming someone new.

This is a closing.

During this guided sound bath and Reiki experience, you’ll be led through a grounded, intentional ritual designed to help you release one pattern, belief, or agreement you are done carrying - without rehashing the story or reliving the emotion.

You’ll create an Unbinding Jar using symbolic elements chosen for containment, closure, and energetic finality. The jar is sealed once and is not meant to be revisited.

This experience is for you if:

• You’re tired of “working on” the same thing
• You know something is finished, but your body hasn’t caught up yet
• You want clarity and relief, not catharsis
• You’re ready to stop explaining yourself - to yourself

The sound bath will be slow, grounding, and spacious, allowing the release to integrate into the body rather than stay mental. Reiki is offered to support detachment, stabilization, and nervous system regulation.

This ritual prioritizes sovereignty, simplicity, and closure.

You do not need to prepare anything in advance.

You do not need to share what you’re unbinding.

You do not need to understand it fully.

You just need to be ready to be unavailable for it.
