• the truth you don’t say because it would change things
• the truth your body has been holding while your mouth keeps the peace
• the truth that risks disappointment, distance, or being misunderstood
But it’s also about the truth you don’t embody.
• the confidence you downplay
• the pride you dismiss as ego
• the capacity, talent, and presence you keep small because being fully seen feels just as risky as being honest
Many women don’t just hide their anger or their no.
They hide their excellence.
They step out of the spotlight for fear of being too much.

Une série de trois ateliers pour les femmes qui en ont assez de se trahir de façons subtiles et socialement acceptables.

Il s’agit de dire la vérité que tu as appris à filtrer.
• la vérité que tu ne dis pas parce qu’elle changerait
• • la vérité que ton corps porte pendant que tu fais semblant que tout va bien
• la vérité qui risque la déception, la distance ou l’incompréhension
Mais il s’agit aussi de la vérité que tu n’oses pas habiter.
• la confiance que tu minimises
• la fierté que tu mets de côté parce que tu ne veux pas avoir l’air prétentieuse
• la capacité, le talent et la présence que tu réduis parce qu’être pleinement vue te semble aussi risqué qu’être honnête
Beaucoup de femmes ne cachent pas seulement leur colère ou leur non.
Elles cachent leur excellence.
Elles quittent la lumière par peur d’être trop.
