The Ultimate Yoga Sound Bath

Join us for a soothing, gentle yin yoga flow led by The Raven Tree, helping you to unwind and unblock energy from your physical body which allows you to relax into a restorative sound journey consisting of gongs, crystal bowls and drumming.

⭐️ BEGINNERS WELCOME ⭐️ we provide a safe, inclusive space suitable for all bodies, open to total beginners and those who have experienced yoga & sound sessions before.

Date: Saturday 4th February

Time: 2-4pm (entry from 1:30pm)

Please bring :

-A blanket

-Yoga Mat

-Cushions for head and maybe under the knees if you have any back problems

-Bottle of water

Wear comfortable clothes including some layers and bring anything else you need to be warm and comfortable while lying on the floor, a chair can be made available if you prefer.
