About this Event

If you're already a current member of Trib3 then you will know that Trib3 is the ultimate full body boot camp workout, set in a high energy, vibrant boutique gym, you can find yourself working out under disco lights, with loud workout music blasting to get you motivated & if that isn't enough, every class is run by a top fitness coach, who gives you the knowledge & motivation you need for your best workout yet.

If you're not a trib3 member yet, then don't be overwhelmed by the sound of this intense workout because the trib3 coaches have got you! Whilst they coach you in group sessions , they only push you to your personal limit with no judgment or expectation of your fitness levels. The Trib3 team are by far one of the most friendliest, welcoming communities in the industry in Leeds...

They are also massively into their wellness & encourage good mental health & wellbeing to all their members - that's where I come into it :)

The Brighter diaries is the lifestyle & wellness service you need to become a better version of yourself.

I'm teaming up with TRib3 in their wellbeing friendly establishment to ensure that not just your physical health is looked after but your body, mind and soul!

You book into my sessions the last Monday of every month & end your Trib3 session with me where we will practise guided breathing, self-reflection & self-improvement.

My sessions will start at the end of your cool down stretch with Trib3 & you don't need to do anything apart from sit back, relax, breathe & unwind.

Guided breathing has many benefits for you body, mind and soul, it helps speed up muscle recovery - great timing after your session! :) It also helps to lift your mood by pausing & taking a little time out of your busy mind helping to reduce low moods, mental health, stress, anxiety, burn out & fatigue. It improves sleep, motivation, positive thinking, logical thinking, awareness & focus.

Whilst you breathe & start to relax, recharge & reconnect, I will give you a different self-reflection question each month so you can check in yourself alongside a wellbeing tip of the month for you to take away, so you can continue to work on yourself in-between sessions.

If you're a Trib3 member, you just need to book your usual Trib3 session using their app, then book your Brighter Diaries ticket here for the session finish time.

If you're not a member, then you can sign up to Trib3 using the app, follow the same instructions as members or you can come along to The Brighter Diaries session & check out the gym before you get signed up.
