Step into the Haunt on Emancipation, a free, family-friendly Halloween block party that brings together the best of Houston’s food trucks, local vendors, live entertainment, and spooky fun — all in the heart of Third Ward!

This is more than just a Halloween event — it’s a community celebration hosted by local businesses and vendors working together to keep our neighborhood clean, safe, and full of life.

Free public parking available nearby - PLEASE READ SIGNS. Please follow event signs and security guidance. Paid parking available as well. Follow all parking regulations.

Registration will take place onsite the day of the event.
All attendees must register, sign a waiver, and receive a wristband to participate in any activities.
