This experience weaves together gentle movement, yin yoga, energetic healing, shamanic release breathwork, live sound, and an enveloping sound bath to create a supportive space for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner exploration. Each element works synergistically to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and access deeper layers of healing, leaving you grounded, restored, and integrated.
