What is The Ultimate Event (UE22)?A fun-filled, Family event for Car Enthusiasts, Music lovers, Shoppers, Fashion & Beauty, Gamers and The Ultimate VIP Booth. An event packed with entertainment from the time you arrive until the time you leave for individual attendees or families of all ages!
UE Auto Show:
Car Enthusiasts who love & appreciate amazing cars! We'll be Pre-Selecting 150 of the highest quality show cars including JDM, American Muscle, Classics, Jeeps, Motorcycles, Trucks and Exotics from Houston and surrounding areas. One winner from each Class will be awarded a trophy along with the highly anticipated Best of Show. Applications so far include a 1964 Volkswagen Kombi to a 2022 Ferrari SF90 Spider!

The LGM Trio: A Houston, Texas based Contemporary Band who's played at multiple venues including Rodeo Houston Cook-Off, The Yard at Barge 295, Lucky's, Olympix, Sportin' Woody's, The Jailhouse Saloon, The Ranch, Masones, The Thirsty Texan and so many more including The Ultimate Event 2021.Come watch them perform at this year’s Ultimate Event 2022 and hear for yourself why Houstonians travel far and near to be entertained by the incredible LGM Trio with Band Members: Leo Mendoza -Vocals, Guitar, Gregory Alan Boyd - Guitars, Vocals and DeMarco Ware - Drums, Vocals
Bri Bagwell: From the time she began writing poems in her childhood, to teaching herself how to play a dusty old piano and guitar, to performing shows at age14, Bri Bagwell has followed a singular path towards music. Singer/songwriter, Bagwell, has seven #1 Texas radio singles, multiple Female Vocalist of the Year Awards, and four albums to her credit with hit songs including Heroes, As Soon as You, If You Were a Cowboy and Beer Pressure. The New Braunfels, Texas-based artist is known for her rousingly fun live performances and trailblazing artistry and now is your chance to see her perform live on stage at The Ultimate Event 2022!
Scott Mortimore: Freelance Stage, Tour, Production Manager at SM Productions who’s worked with multiple Country Artists including Bri Bagwell, Kevin Fowler and Roger Creager.
Albert Montes: Ultimate Production and Events for this year’s UE22 set up and tear down, stage, lighting and sound.
Houston Police Department: We’ve secured and contracted Houston Police Officers to provide security for UE22.

Steve Rixx: The Official MC for The Ultimate Event 2022 with over 30 years in the Country Music Radio Industry. From introducing UE Entertainment to Miss Ultimate 2022, Steve is the perfect addition to help ensure the success of UE22!
DJ Obedient: The official DJ for The Ultimate Event 2022 bringing excitement, hype and musical skills that will have you dancing in the aisles! DJ Obedient brings a perfect level of high energy and a genre mixture that will entertain music fans of all ages!
UE Exhibitor Booths:
Shoppers searching for the perfect trade show treasures including car parts, country apparel and/or outdoor living products! Meet selected top manufacturers in the industry of aftermarket performance parts and accessories as they showcase new products for your JDM, American Muscle, Jeeps, Trucks, Classics and Exotics from wheels, exhaust systems, carbon fiber products and more. Vendors from all over Houston, surrounding areas and as far away as California and Delaware will be displaying their products and services including car related products, country apparel and outdoor living products. We’ve invited our Military; Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines along with our local Houston Police and Fire/EMS to set up displays in order for attendees to meet, greet and thank them for keeping us safe.
Miss Ultimate 2022:
Car Enthusiasts who love and appreciate fashion, beauty and car show modeling. From this year’s submitted applications, we’ll choose seven of the top Car show and Fashion Models who’ll be competing for the title of Miss Ultimate 2022! This year’s winner will have promoted elegance, confidence, positivity, sassiness and beauty and will represent The Ultimate Event from UE22 to UE23.
UE Games:
Family or Individual Gamers of all ages who love to play online or console games from Novice to Expert. Take a time out and enjoy some of your favorite games in our UE Game Zone including Gran Turismo and Super Mario Kart whether Novice or Expert and compete to win a prize for this year's Fastest Lap in our Gran Turismo Contest. A great place for family fun or die-hard gamers going after the win!
The Ultimate VIP Experience:
21yrs+ Business professionals who love fine cars and opportunities that offer exquisite service giving them an overall Ultimate VIP Experience. This year's Ultimate VIP's will receive special VIP badges, be able to enter the event 1 hour prior to General Admission and are allowed access to all events including The Ultimate VIP Booth which offers catered food, adult beverages, event goodie bags and exclusive "Meet & Greet" with event performers. Only 100 VIP Badges will be available this year! VIP Badges are for 21yrs+ only.

UE Volunteers:
Over 40 Ultimate Volunteers will be on hand this year ready to help attendees with tickets sales, directing traffic, UE Booth merchandise sales, snapping pictures, answering questions, and welcoming every individual with Ultimate professionalism.

KSAM 101.7 will be going live from UE22 with Steve Rixx! KSAM-FM is a radio station airing a country music format licensed to Huntsville, Texas, broadcasting on 101.7 MHz FM.
KSBJ 89.3: KSBJ is a non-commercial Contemporary Christian music radio station based in Humble,Texas, broadcasting on 89.3 MHz FM in the Greater Houston area. KSBJ is owned and operated by Hope Media Group and is coming to UE22!
KHVU 91.7 Vida Unida: KHVU is a non-commercial FM radio station in Houston, Texas. It is owned by Hope Media Group, which owns Christian AC-formatted KSBJ, and airs a Spanish-language Christian adult contemporary radio format and is coming to UE22!

UE Accommodations:
Hilton Americas-Houston: We’ve reserved a block of 30 hotel rooms with the Hilton Americas-Houston for exhibitors and attendees to conveniently stay. UE Guests can visit our website and follow the link to reserve one of the 30 rooms at a discounted rate of $169.00 per night for Friday, September 2nd to Saturday, September 3rd
Refunds:
Refunds are only allowed up to 30 days after the purchase date. There are no service charges for refunds, transfers to another person, or ticket information changes but all requests must be sent to [email protected]. Please include your Eventbrite Order # and appropriate information with your request(s). The last day for refunds is July 3rd, 2022. Please allow 2 weeks to receive your refund after the confirmation of your request has been processed.
Transferring between ticket types and upgrades are not allowed. If you would like a different type of ticket, you may request a refund for the ticket you have already purchased, subject to the restrictions above, and purchase the ticket you want at your own convenience.
