Comedy
Hosted by Stuart Preston. Stuart has been performing Stand-up since 2014 and is the producer of the one-man show, The Stoned Ape Show. He was selected to perform in the Northern Virginia Comedy Festival. He has also performed at the Tempe Improv, Tempe Center for the Arts, Improvmania, and private corporate events.
The headlining comic is Kristofer Royer was selected for the Bird City Comedy Festival, Big Pine Comedy Festival, Four Corners Comedy Festival, and San Luis Obispo Comedy Festival. He was a Finalist in Arizona’s Funniest Comedian Contest (Tempe Improv). Winner, Comedy Chops (House of Comedy)
Soundbath
The Sound Meditation session will be facilitated by Stuart Preston, a certified Sound Practitioner. You will relax and melt away in the soothing sounds of gong, crystal and Himalayan bowls, drum, chimes, and more. Following the comedy show, we will get into position, do some light breathwork and a body scan to prepare you for the Sound Meditation session. The sounds will last 25-30 minutes.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
Ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to the start time as late arrivals may not be permitted to enter.
- This event will take place in-studio
- Arrive 10-minutes early and enter one at a time.
- Please wear a mask/face covering when entering.
- Face mask may be removed during event.
- Always maintain social distancing while inside the studio.
- A yoga mat and blanket will be available, but please bring your own as well as a pillow or cushion and extra blanket.
