Through guided 9D Breathwork journeys, you’ll be supported to soften protective patterns, restore inner safety, and strengthen your connection to self.

About The Twelve
The Twelve is a structured breathwork journey made up of three 4-week blocks, designed to support deeper regulation, release, and reconnection over time.
Each block stands as a complete experience in its own right, while also forming part of a wider journey for those who wish to continue across all three.
There is no requirement to start at Block 1 — you’re welcome to join at the beginning of any block when a new one opens.

-This is not therapy, but it is deeply therapeutic
-You are always in control of your breath and experience
-No previous breathwork experience needed beyond the intro session
-Spaces limited to keep the container safe and supportive
