About this Event

Compete as an individual, with a partner or in a 4 way relay


Event 1-Strength


2 Lifts

1 rep max for points.

Doubles and Relay will use the average score from each member

Lift 1-Bench Press=1.5 points per pound lifted

Lift 2-Clean or Deadlift

Clean= 2 points per pound

Deadlift= 1 point per pound


Event 2-Threashold

Doubles and Relay will use the average score from each member

21/15-15/12-9/9 Cal Bikeal Bike

21-15-9 Wall ball 14/10

Event 3-Endurance

doubles will do I Go You Go and perform every run together

Relay will each do 1 run plus complete the adjoining station
