Field Training Officer (FTO) Certification Course designed for Patrol, Detentions, Dispatch, Records, Animal Control and Community Service Officers. 5-day certification course will prepare new trainers or develop experienced trainers for all aspects of a one-to-one training environment. Program supervisors are encouraged to attend. The program is designed around a San Jose modeled FTO program.
