The Totality of Possibilities - a Heal Your Life Workshop

"The Totality of Possibilities" is a Heal Your Life Workshop based on the Philosophies of Louise Hay a Counsellor International Speaker & Author of "You Can Heal Your Life" which has sold over 50 million copies worldwide. Louis Hay has helped millions of people heal and improve their lives with her books audios & workshops which are delivered by licensed Heal Your Life teachers.

This is a powerful workshop which is designed to INSPIRE participants with their POTENTIAL. It provides an introduction to the “Heal Your Life” philosophies. One of the core philosophies is “Change Your Thinking Change Your Life”. We are actively creating our lives with the thoughts we think on a daily basis and if the majority of our thoughts are negative/limiting then that is the life we are creating for ourselves. Participants have the opportunity to identify the Beliefs they hold about themselves and about life which are creating their negative/limiting thoughts. These beliefs are created when we are quite young and lie in our subconscious mind impacting how we see ourselves and the world. The good news is that negative/limiting thoughts can be changed.   Participants have the opportunity to reflect on their life and assess what areas are working well for them and what areas they would like to make positive change in areas such as their career health wealth relationships friendships sense of purpose... They get to ask themselves "Is this the life/relationship I want or Do I want to create a better one?”

Keys for making positive changes are presented and participants leave with a handout to remind them about the 5 daily habits that will help them make and keep the positive changes they want in their life! These are not difficult or time consuming but they do require commitment and regular practice.
