The Toon Town Big band plays big band jazz ranging from pieces by the iconic Count Basie circa 1935 right up to Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band circa 1999. You’ll hear songs recorded by Frank Sinatra, Peggy Lee, Ella Fitzgerald and others, including instrumentals by Count Basie, Maynard Ferguson, and Buddy Rich. The Toon Town Big Band features 17 accomplished musicians who love playing that full big band sound.
