Septembers Museum Talk: Tools of the trade. Join us for a special talk tracing the evolution of swords and rifles in the British Army-from Napoleonic sabres to modern precision weapons.
We're also honoured to welcome the Commanding Officer of The Queen's Royal Hussars, who will give an update on the regiment's current role and recent activity. Part of our Tools of the Trade exhibition for Heritage Open Days (12-21 Sept), featuring rarely seen artefacts from the regimental collection.
September will see us having a double barrel with the Museum talk being held at 1100hrs and then again at 1900hrs for the second showing on Thursday 18 September.
