The Time is Now: DHCFT Staff Conference 24

This year’s Staff Conference will take place on Wednesday 23 October at Pride Park in Derby, with the theme being ‘The Time is Now’. 

We will build on our conversations that started at the 2023 Staff Conference, where we talked about it being ‘Time for a Reset’, to think about what we have achieved in the last 12 months and what our priorities are going forwards.  There will also be a guest speaker, whom we will announce shortly. 

Building on colleagues’ feedback from last year, we are holding this year’s conference at Pride Park.  This will allow a greater number of people to attend and participate on the day.  It would be great for all teams to be represented – please discuss this in your teams.

We are requesting that each team sends a representative, who will discuss the conference with team-mates before and after the event. All colleagues will be able to contribute and benefit from the event, regardless of position and banding.

If you later find you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking and make sure a colleague is able to attend instead.
