Join the Windsor College Theatre Company for this brutal, satirical musical by Bertolt Brecht and Kurt Weill. Set in Victorian London, The Threepenny Opera follows the
exploits of the criminal Macheath, "Mack the Knife" as he marries
Polly Peachum, the daughter of a wealthy racketeer who controls the city's beggars and tries to have Macheath hanged. The play, a biting critique of capitalist society, features Brecht and Weill's distinctive songs sung with live musical accompaniment.
