About this Event
<h4>The Three Rs will focus on the role Risk factors, Resiliency factors, and Relationships as it related to working with adolescents academically. Risk and Resiliency factors related to the success of young people in school and otherwise will be reviewed. In addition, the importance of relationship between educators and students in forming an educational alliance that encourages students to realize their full potential will also be explored. There will also be specific emphasis placed on the primary developmental task of adolescence and the power of intentional language in helping to facilitate that task. </h4>
Participants in this session will be able to:
- Identify three risk factors for adolescents
- List three Resiliency Factors related to adolescents
- Verbalize how relationships can help mitigate risk factors

What entrance to the building do I use for the event?
There will be signs outside directing you to the correct entrance. The event will be held on the bottom floor training room of EMERGE. You will enter in the side door of the building (to the right of the parking lot, facing the building) by the concrete staircase.

The name on the ticket needs to match the name of the person attending the event. If you plan to buy a ticket for someone else, make sure to register with the name and email of the person planning to attend the event.
How do I receive CE credit for this workshop?
After the workshop you will receive an online evaluation. Once your evaluation is submitted electronically, you will be emailed a copy of your workshop certificate.
