I've NEVER been the strongest climber at the wall, NEVER been able to hang off the smallest holds on the fingerboard, NEVER done a one arm pull up, and yet I've had a succesful climbing career spanning 20-years with countless World Class ascents in Trad and Sport, as well as podium finishes in National Champs!

I've harked on for years that most climbers and coaches place far too much emphasis on the "How to get Strong?" without asking the fundamental question of "How to get Better?"

I was told by a well known coaching platform that my physical attributes fit the data set of that of a fr8a/V7 climber, and yet I climb fr8c+, have onsighted fr8b and bouldered V12 and flashed V11. This is NOT a fluke! I have demonstrated consistently that climbing is not a sport you can apply a mathemtatical equation to where deadhanging "A" on the fingerboard will equal "B" on the rock/plastic.

This workshop was inspired by the many outliers in the sport that I have met over the last 20 years, who showed no apparent physical talent, and yet outperformed their much stronger counterparts. How? Well come along to my workshop to find out and learn how you too can employ these same tactics.
