The Things We Don’t Say About Our Bodies is an intimate evening of honest conversations and connection exploring the relationship we have with our bodies beyond how they look.

For so many women, our bodies are something we learn to criticise, hide, control or disconnect from. We rarely talk about the changes, challenges and emotions we experience, or the wisdom our bodies hold.

This is a space to explore those conversations we often keep to ourselves. From body image and self-worth, to confidence, wellness, movement, and learning to trust ourselves again.

Hosted by Women Who Dare founder Beverley Akufo-Addo, this experience is designed to help you slow down, reconnect and remember that your body isn't something to fight against... it's the first home you have ever had.

We’ll be joined by dance-led wellbeing strategist, creative consultant and founder of Body Wizdom, Tamara Josephine. She's also been booked to work with the likes of Rimmel, Ed Sheeran, and Ne'twerking. Tamara's work helps women uncover what it truly means to be seen, find their voice and expression, and build a deeper relationship with themselves. By bringing the body into conversations on the evening, Tamara will be diving into how we can explore our identity, our authenticity, and build connection from the inside-out.

So, whether you feel disconnected from your body, want to build a healthier relationship with yourself, or simply want to spend an evening surrounded by women having real conversations - this space is for you.
