The theme system at Old Midland Courthouse

Human behavioural change is hard, and it feels like most of the advice for creating positive change in our lives just sets us up to fail.

Why not try a kinder and more effective way to make the kind of life you want?

If you are new to the theme system come along to this workshop and learn:

• How does the Theme System work?
• Strategies that work with you, not against you
• How to keep a Theme Journal

Otherwise, come along to share your experience with the Theme System and compare notes with others! Bring a notebook (any of the old half-empty ones on your bookshelf will do!), to create your own Theme Journal, otherwise paper will be available.
