The Rotunda has bike racks outside.
The Rotunda is also very accessible via SEPTA. The 21, 40, and 42 buses all stop within a few yards to a block from the venue. The Market-Frankford line stops two blocks away at 40th and Market. The 11, 13, 34, and 36 trolley lines stop three blocks away at 40th and Baltimore/40th Street Portal.

On the right side of the building toward the back, there is a ramp equipped for wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, and other assistive devices.
- There is a single-occupancy, all-gender ADA restroom on the first floor, almost as soon as you enter from the ramp
