Volume 01 introduces Aperitvio Hours - a curated after-work experience acorss the Terrace and Spritz Bar, bringing together extended happy hour drinks, roaming apertivio bites, and a warm, music-led atmosphere from early evening to dusk.

This is not a ticketed dining experiene or stucture tastin event - it's a social terrace setting designed for after-work drinks, conversation and relaxed summer energy.
