Our evening begins with a group intention ritual incorporating water, earth, fire, and air. Together, we will connect with our personal power and inner wisdom, setting intentions for what we are ready to welcome and embrace in our lives.
A garden herbal cleansing will prepare the way for relaxation as you settle into guided imagery channeled by Jessica. This meditation invites you to meet Ishtar in her sacred temple and journey through the seven sacred inner gates, each offering space for reflection, release, and healing.
Throughout the journey, Jessica will weave together group energy healing, drumming, gong, and Reiki-infused sound. Surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight and soft white light, you will have space to rest, receive, and reconnect with the wisdom and strength within you.
