?15/08/2022 (if the event has to be cancelled because of the covid no cancellation fees) :
You can still book you room at the main hotel by sending us an email to [email protected] with these information :
- complete name
- date of arrival
- date of departure
- type of room
- your email
- credit card for guarantee only : number of the credit card, date of expiration, type of the credit card) (the payment will be done at your arrival )
For the clever ones : you can’t change the room personally between the first buyer and the new one ? ID CARD and the INITIAL CREDIT CARD given by email will be asked at your arrival at the reception
?14/07/2022 : Name changes are possible till this date and cost 15€, the initial buyer needs to go to the ticketing (weezevent) and follow the instructions related to the price « name changes ». Before 1er of June they are Free of charge.
?14/08/2022 : Name change fees are at 18€ ! They are possible till 14 of august after that, no name change can be possible.
?01/08/2022 : For all the organizers who want to bring their rollup during the festival you are asked to send an email before the 1st of August and it’s not free.
Any roll-up brought to the festival without the authorization of the organization will be removed and carefully guarded until the departure of the organizer.
?15/08/2022 : Ticketing closes ! You can pay directly at door (cash only)

?15/08/2022 : au cas où l’événement devra être annulé à cause du covid l’annulation se fera sans frais.
Vous pouvez donc toujours réserver votre hôtel principal en envoyant un email à [email protected] avec les information suivantes :
- votre nom complet
- adresse email
- date d’arrivée
- date de départ
- type de chambre
- vos informations carte de crédit : numéro sur la carte, date d’expiration, type de carte (uniquement pour la garantie de la réservation car le paiement ne se fait que le jour de votre arrivée).
Vous ne pouvez pas échanger les chambres personnellement entre vous, à votre arrivée c’est la pièce d’identité de la personne qui a réservé qui sera demandée ainsi que sa carte bancaire.
?14/07/2022 : Les changements de pass sont possible uniquement jusqu’à cette date et vous coutent 15€, l’acheteur initial devra se rendre sur la billetterie weezevent et suivre les instructions reliées au tarif « changement de nom ». Ils sont gratuit avant le 01er JUIN 2022
? 14/08/2022 : Le changement de pass sera à vos frais pour 18€ jusqu’à cette date limite, dépassé le 14/08/2022 plus aucun changement se pass ne sera toléré.
?01/08/2022 : Pour tous les organisateurs qui souhaitent ramener leur rollup au festival, il faudra envoyer un email sur [email protected] (les emplacements sont limités et payants).
Tout roll-up mis en place sans l’autorisation de l’organisation sera retiré et gardé avec soin jusqu’au départ de l’organisateur en question.
