Feeling relaxed and being relaxed are not always the same. Learn how herbal tea and THC affect the body's stress response differently.
About this Event

Stress does a lot to the body. It can affect your heart rate, blood pressure, sleep, digestion, muscles, hormones, and how you feel day to day.

But feeling relaxed and your body actually relaxing are not always the same thing.

In this 75-minute community masterclass, we will talk about what stress is doing in the body and what a relaxed nervous system looks like. We will also talk about the difference between how herbal tea calms the nervous system and how THC tricks the brain.

You’ll learn:

  • What happens in your body when you are stressed
  • What happens when your body begins to relax
  • The difference between feeling relaxed and being relaxed
  • How THC affects the body’s stress response
  • How herbal tea supports relaxation differently
  • What you may notice in your own body as stress begins to come down
  • How to make more informed choices when you are looking to unwind

During the workshop, we’ll drink Relax, a blend of lavender, lemongrass, jasmine buds, orange blossom, and rose petals, and talk about how these botanicals support the body.

Your ticket also includes a full-sized bag of Relax Tea to take home.

Space is limited to 15 participants so we can keep the conversation comfortable and interactive.
