On Friday, August 28th, we’re throwing the switch from summer mode to football mode as The TailGOAT returns for a massive preseason showdown - and we’re treating it with the same energy, intensity, and all-out chaos as a January playoff game.
No practice reps here. No easing into the season. No going through the motions.
This is your first chance to shake off the offseason, get loud with your fellow fans, and spend the day inside the greatest football party in the country.

There’s just something special about sipping cocktails, hearing live music, and talking ball under the August sun while the countdown to kickoff gets closer and closer.
And because football is better when the whole fan base shows up, we’re rolling out the welcome mat for the Commanders fans making the trip down the beltway too. The TailGOAT’s menu changes weekly, paying homage to the visiting team’s city. With that in mind, you can expect some delicious cheesesteaks on this beautiful Saturday in Charm City!
