The Tailgate Bierock Returns for Badgers Home Opener!

Every year after Labor Day, our popular Tailgate Bierock returns to the menu.
This year it makes its annual debut on Saturday Sept. 12, coinciding with the Badgers home opener against Western Illinois at Camp Randall.
It only appears on Badgers and Packers game days, so make sure to plan accordingly.
It's stuffed with diced bratwursts, cheese curds, sauerkraut and onions inside our freshly-baked bread dough.
It's then complemented by a side of our house-made Sriracha Mayo dipping sauce.
And we partner with local businesses to make this creation come to life. We source our cheese curds from Carr Valley while the brats come from neighboring Beef Butter BBQ.
We'll have the first half of the game on our big projection screen TV with kickoff at 6:15 p.m.
At halftime, we'll switch to the small screen as we host live music by Strong Arm Sally at 8:00 p.m.
We'll also have complimentary shots every time the Badgers hit paydirt!
Customers may want to make note that the Tailgate Bierock is available as soon as doors open at 11:00 a.m. and is available all day long.
