These harmonic vibrations are designed to become a foundation for our journey towards blissfulness.
This is a sound healing like nothing you've ever experienced. Kennedy weaves vibrations so fluidly people often imagine he has six arms. Come be bathed in the sounds of Didgeridoos, RAV Handpan, Asian Harp(Guzheng), crystal & metal singing bowls, Gongs, Flutes(Chinese, Indian, American, Drone), Shruti Box, tibetan bells, Kalimba, ocean drum, rainstick, tubalophone, metallophone, Unity Harp and more.
All are welcome, no prior experience with yoga or meditation necessary. Please dress comfortably. Mats and props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
