Have you ever felt that you give more than you receive — that you hold so much in your life, yet rarely feel fully held yourself?
Welcome to The Surrender Experience — a day to explore and play with the qualities that exist within the polarities of the masculine and the feminine, both within yourself and in connection with others.
You will be invited to a sensual flow and deeper intimacy with focus on holding and being held. From a place of relaxation in yourself you will be safely guided into deeper authenticity.
Perhaps you find it easier to give than to receive — or the other way around. During this day, you’ll have the chance to gain insight and bring awareness to your habitual patterns and create new pathways into more balance, love, and freedom. Stored emotions may soften and release, making space for more aliveness. You will cultivate a deepened sense of safety, expanded awareness, and greater inner trust to yourself and to people around you.

🌟What to expect and who it is for:
The day will include both gentle and powerful practices, suitable for you with some experience in personal growth and a capacity for self-regulation.

The event will be held in Swedish or English depending on who attends. Coffee, tea, and light snacks are provided. Please either bring your own lunch or you can go to to a restaurant in the neighbourhood and eat.
You bring your own blanket, yoga mat, and a pillow to sit on.
💞 About the facilitators:
Anna: She has been a facilitator and holding space for almost 20 years in different fields. Always with the purpose to create more authenticity, deeper contact and more joy and easiness into life. She is a well experienced leader that both brings depth and joy into the group.

Kristina: She has many years of experience in guiding individuals and groups through a journey of healing, expansion, and self-discovery. Her work is trauma informed and about supporting you in coming home to yourself — to your aliveness and wholeness. She offers a field of attunement — a space where your inner truth can unfold, and where you are met with presence, care, and deep listening.
