This Sunshine Souls Day Retreat is a powerful January reset — a full day dedicated to helping you pause, breathe, release what no longer serves you, and consciously step into the year ahead feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

Held in the heart of London, this immersive experience weaves together conscious connected breathwork, energy healing, self-discovery workshops, creative visioning, meditation, and restorative sauna and cold plunge. Each element of the day is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, reflection, and renewal - creating space for both deep inner work and joyful human connection.

January can often feel rushed or heavy, with pressure to “start strong” before we’ve had time to reset. This day offers something different: a chance to gently close one chapter and intentionally open the next, supported in a safe, nurturing environment.

No previous experience with retreats, breathwork, or healing practices is needed. Everything is guided with care, and you’re invited to meet yourself exactly where you are. Many people attend alone and leave feeling deeply connected, supported, and part of a new community.
