Join us at The Costessey Centre on Sunday 25th January as we start back the new year with our Sunday Sessions at The Costessey Centre with Carol and Robert.
Doors open from 13:30 for 13:45 start
1st 30 min class 14:00 - 14:30
Freestyle 14:30 - 15:00
2nd 30 min class 15:00 - 15:30
Freestyle 15:30 - 17:30
Finish - 17:30
entry prices will be £10 in advance or £12 at the door. (you can use your admits ones no need to book in advance if using one of those.
SILC (Smooth, Improvised Lead & Connection) The afternoon will consist of 2 x 30 min classes that will help enhance core Ceroc skills by teaching you techniques for musicality, connection and flow, it will help build your confidence on the dance floor.
We hope to welcome you along to enjoy our Sunday afternoon dance
After the classes we will be offering tea/coffee (free if you bring your own cup/mug or a 50p fee payable for a disposable cup) also complimentary biscuits
