About this Event
Join us for this month's UPLIFT class - a 60-minute, upper body-focused women’s-only strength class that celebrates everything you’ve built this year: strength, confidence, and community.
Upper body can feel intimidating, especially if you're not sure where to start. This class is your opportunity to explore that with guidance, intention and a community that meets you where you are. We'll be focusing on building strength through your arms, back, chest and shoulders with a structured workout that's challenging and accessible.
Whether this is your first time stepping into strength training or you're continuing your journey, this is your chance to slow down, learn and move with purpose.
UPLIFT is part of The Sunday Series, a monthly movement experience created by Cherise Munkoh, strength coach and founder of Curated by Cherise, designed to build confidence through strength and connection.
