Come join us at The Sunday Sanctuary, a deep unwinding experience to counter the 'always-on' of our lives.Nestled inside a beautiful Herne Bay villa, our urban oasis is designed to help you tap out of life for a minute – giving you space to rest deeply and savour life’s little moments.
Led by Sophie Kaufusi, life coach and yoga teacher, you’ll explore how to turn everyday activities into mindful moments, before lying back for a cushioned relaxation to calm the mind and release tension in the body.
You’ll leave The Sunday Sanctuary fully recharged, equipped with all you need to recreate your own little oasis at home, and be committed to switching off more often so you can be more effective when you switch back on!
FORMAT:
1) Intro and ‘rest test’; Discover how rested you are
2) Experience one; 10 minutes of delicious single-minded savouring
3) Experience two; 10 minute ritual to prepare for bed
4) Experience three; 1.15hours of restorative yin & extended relaxation
5) Close; Reflect & gather up your sanctuary goodies to take home
