The Sunday Reset is a bi-weekly ritual at Solare Wellness Spa designed to help you close out the week in your body, not just your head. Two offerings, one afternoon, and a space that was built for exactly this kind of rest.
🧘 Restorative Yoga
Sunday, June 21 | 2:00 to 3:00 PM
$15 per person
Restorative yoga is not about doing more. It is about allowing.
Held in our serene Oasis Room, this practice uses fully supported postures with bolsters, blankets, and props to invite the body into a state of true rest. Poses are held for longer periods, giving your nervous system time to shift out of stress mode and into rest, repair, and healing.
This class is especially beneficial for those feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, emotionally depleted, or physically tense. It supports stress reduction, improved sleep, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity.
Perfect for all levels and all bodies. No experience needed.
Everything is provided — mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks. Just come as you are and bring water if you'd like.

A Sound Bath Healing Journey is a deeply restorative experience where healing frequencies from crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle tones guide your body into a state of deep relaxation.
As your nervous system slows, the body shifts out of stress and into rest — allowing for energetic balance, emotional release, and mental clarity. Many people experience a meditative state, the mind growing quiet while the body integrates healing on a deeper level.
This practice is especially beneficial for those feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or disconnected. A gentle reset for both body and spirit.
Everything is provided — mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks. Just come as you are and bring water if you'd like.

Born and raised in Kyoto, Japan, Izumi grew up immersed in nature, mindfulness, and traditional healing practices that have shaped everything she brings to her work today. As a yoga instructor and sound therapist, she holds space with a presence that is quiet, intentional, and deeply felt.
Her offerings don't ask anything of you except to arrive. What unfolds from there is gentle, nourishing, and yours.
