A Healing Ceremony & Women's Circle to Ground, Reconnect, and Restore
⏰ Friday, August 29 · 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
📍 Sakala Community · 1660 Gilpin St, Denver, CO 80218
👭 Women only | Limited to 8 spots
This is your invitation to soften. As the heat of summer begins to wane and nature prepares to turn inward, we gather in sacred circle to honor our own quiet transition — from doing to being, from output to rest.
The Summer Slowdown is a 2-hour ceremony designed to help you unwind the tension of the season, reconnect with your body, and remember the magic of moving slowly and intentionally.
Through restorative breathwork, Reiki healing, grounding ritual, and soul-led reflection, you’ll return to the root of your being — and spark a deeper sense of safety, sensuality, and inner peace.
This isn’t just a rest practice. It’s a re-rooting. A sacred slowing down to hear yourself again.
What’s Included:
☁️ Sacred Opening + Intention Setting: Oracle card pull, altar connection, and guided journaling to support your nervous system and clarify what you're ready to release.
☁️ Guided Breathwork Journey: A guided holotropic breathwork experience to support nervous system regulation, emotional flow, and deep body presence.
☁️ Individual Reiki Healing: Receive personalized energy work during breathwork focused on the Root + Sacral Chakras — to help you feel safe, supported, and reconnected.
☁️ Integration + Reflection Circle: Close in soft sisterhood to share what’s surfaced, be witnessed, and gently anchor your restoration.
☁️ Closing Meditation -- Remember Your Rhythm: A guided visualization to align with your natural pace, renew your inner spark, and carry this softness forward into the coming season.
