I am looking forward to starting a series of sessions of guided meditation and dialogue where we explore the structure of reality, of nature, of our being. From the physical body to pure awareness.
I will be going to my ashram in India in early October, so there will be no session from October to January.
In the sessions we will use guided meditation and dialogue to explore the layers of our being; body, senses, intellect, mind, ego, pure awareness.
We will talk and meditate to enquire into what we are; what are just tools we use ( like the body) and what is our true being?
Each session will last 1.5 hrs. You can attend in person and via zoom.
