Join us on May 30 from 2–4 PM at 509 Bloor St W, Studio A, for a deeply rejuvenating experience designed to help you unwind, release tension, and reconnect with your body.
Enjoy guided flow & restorative assisted stretching (hands-on support to deepen relaxation), and a calming sound bath in partnership with Atlantean Wellness for a full-body reset.
