Set within the peaceful surroundings of Stormont Park, this gentle group walk blends psychology, mindfulness, and nature-based wellbeing to help you reset your nervous system and restore emotional balance.
The walk is suitable for all fitness levels and designed for anyone managing stress, overwhelm, or burnout; including neurodiverse adults (ADHD, Autism) seeking practical, accessible strategies for calm and focus.
