About this Event
Streatham Exchange is an exciting community cultural event of workshops, performances, live DJs and an open jam - with food and drinks provided.
Supported by Mayor of London and Lambeth Council as part of Lambeth's Nighttime Strategy, Streatham Exchange is a welcoming space for all ages, celebrating the culture diversity of Streatham and providing a platform for young and emerging artists.
The final day of the Streatham Exchange brings together local young and emerging artists for an exciting line-up of bands and live DJs.
Key/Accessibility Info
Streatham Capoeira Centre is well served by public transport, with Streatham Hill and Streatham station 5 and 12 mins walk away. Brixton and Balham underground stations are 18 mins away by bus, with several other bus routes less than a minute walk from the venue.
There is no step-free access to this venue, but workshops are also being provided at our partner venues, please contact us if you have any access requirements and we will provide support where possible.
Quiet spaces are available.
Donations
This is a free not-for-profit community event, run entirely by volunteers. Your donation will help to support the centre and the continuation of this new initiative to provide a platform for young and emerging artists.

Monzanto Sound - Monzanto Sound is a South East London-based music collective blending African Diaspora styles, jazz-inflected funk, and hypnotic, psychedelic trip-hop
Nathan & Elena - A versatile duo, stylistically between soul, jazz and blues, with a traditional singer and accompanist lineup of keyboard and vocals playing both originals and covers
