The Stories of Our SCARS: a Full-Day Healing Experience
About this Event
Some experiences don't just hurt us. They change us.
Loss. Betrayal. A diagnosis. Divorce. Disappointment. Trauma. An unexpected life transition.
And sometimes, long after the immediate crisis has passed, we realize we're still living with the ways we adapted to survive it.
Maybe you became more guarded. More controlling. More independent. More anxious. Less trusting. Maybe you've done therapy, prayed, journaled, read the books, and invested in yourself—and still find yourself wondering:
Why am I still struggling with this?
What if you're not failing at healing? What if you've simply been trying to get back to a version of yourself who no longer exists?
The Stories of Our SCARS™ invites you to stop asking, “How do I get back to who I was?” and begin asking a different question: What does the woman I am now need?
During this intimate experience, you'll move through the SCARS™ Framework to identify where you're stuck, get curious about the adaptations you've developed, recognize what no longer serves you, reconcile with the woman you became, and create a healthier way forward.
Throughout the day, you'll experience gentle movement and breathwork, guided journaling and storytelling, facilitated breakout sessions, meaningful community, and personal reflection.
You'll also create an individualized care plan designed to help you continue caring for yourself after the experience ends.
This isn't about fixing you. And it isn't about forcing you to revisit or publicly share your most painful experiences.
It's an opportunity to understand yourself differently—and to experience what can happen when healing takes place in community.
