The Stage is a new music night at the Tamworth Assembly Rooms, showcasing emerging Midlands talent.Open to musicians of all genres, these evenings will give artists the chance to perform on our iconic stage and will provide the perfect opportunity to grow Tamworth's rich and varied musical landscape.
Honouring the bands who have come before, such as The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and Wolfsbane, The Stage celebrates our musical history while providing a platform for future talent. Spanning all genres, it brings together bands and music fans in a vibrant scene.

🎵Martin Reynolds and the Minor Detours
Based in Tamworth in the UK, Martin Reynolds takes influence from the likes of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and Neil Young to create his own unique brand of Rock ‘n’ Roll.
Martin alongside his live band The Minor Detours, has since gone on to perform at Nantwich Jazz, Blues and Music Festival, Worcester Music Festival, Villa Park - the home of Aston Villa football club and Tamworth’s commonwealth games closing ceremony, as well as supporting Legendary acts such as Brian Downey of Thin Lizzy, Edgar Broughton of the Edgar Broughton band and Jim White.

Alternative Dance act MaMuzic bring an electronic vibe of Funk and Soul mixed with a Disco flavour.
